El Mocambo Hostel and Guest House

El Mocambo sits on a 200 acre farm on the Rio Quindio in the sleepy village of Boquia, only minutes away from historic Salento. 10 private rooms and one dorm are dispersed between the 150 yr old farm house and converted stables. 2 shared living rooms and a furnished wrap-around porch provide ample space for socializing and relaxing. The hammocks by the pool are almost impossible to leave and an updated kitchen offers all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. All guests have access to our natural swimming pool, 50m of private riverfront access, on site hiking, mountain bikes, wi-fi and coffee free of charge. We also offer on-site laundry service at a very reasonable rate. Tours to local coffee farms, horseback riding, Valle de Cocora, spanish and guitar lessons can all be arranged at reception.
