As our hotel guests, by reading and signing FINCA HOSTAL BOLIVAR registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is any time after 14:00. If you arrive earlier we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid form of identification. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is at 11:00. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10:00 on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.

CASH PAYMENT

If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees upfront.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled or modified up to 1 days(24 hours) by 14:00 before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified within 48 hours or less or in case of no-show, fees equivalent to the first night (maximum two nights) accommodation will be charged.
If you wish to cancel any dates during your stay, you must notify the hostel 2 days (48 hours) in advance prior to 14:00 of the date you want to cancel. A 90% refund will be provided for dates that are applicable for a refund (10% is non refundable). Any nights being canceled that falls within the 24 hours cancellation period are non refundable.

CREDIT CARDS

If you choose to use your credit card at check-in, FINCA HOSTAL BOLIVAR will debit of the full anticipated amount of your stay through your departure date. Please note that by payment with credit card an additional 5% charge of the price applies.

SMOKING POLICIES

Smoking is prohibited inside buildings. Smoking is allowed everywhere outside and on the balconies.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children up to 3 years are for free when they sleep in the same bed as the parents.
POLICY WHILE STAYING IN THE HOTEL
Respect fellow guests, neighbors, and staff, and keep volume to a moderate level in the rooms and hallway at all times. Smoking is only allowed in the outside arease of the premises.
Guests can use the community kitchen, but they need to clean up after themselves. Guests may have visitors, but the hostel must be informed in advance. If you wish to extend your stay, you may do so, if there is availability, and with full payment in advance. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are allowed in the hostel.

According to certain circumstances guests who do not comply with the house rules can be asked to leave the premises immediately.

PROMOTION POLICY

If you choose to take advantage of any promotions offered through the hotel, please follow all restrictions associated with each offer. Management reserves the right to change or cancel all promotions.

TAXES
16% VAT/IVA for colombian nationals is not included in the price and will be added automatically to the bill.
